The role of Sarah Fergus is played by Alexa Gilmour in the Season One episode "False Witness".
In the eighteenth century, Sarah Fergus is a violinist who is murdered by Janette. Her musician partner, John Underwood, is accused of her murder. Nick Knight attempts to defend the young man; but, since he cannot tell the court that it was actually Janette who killed her, he is not believed.
